Cancellation Policy
Your 50% deposit will be refunded on deer hunts if you do not draw a deer tag and we are unable to secure a
transfer tag for you. However, if you draw a tag or receive a transfer tag and do not make your hunt, your
deposit will be forfeited. If unable to make it on the arranged date, you may try to reschedule your turkey or
quail hunt. If there are no available dates for the remainder of the year, you will need to rebook for the next
year or forfeit your deposit.
